Travelling party: Couple

This should not be rated as 4 star. The sanitaire block, toilets, showers, washbasens all locked. A notice directs campers to the laundry! In this room are a couple of toilets and a couple of showers. At no time was this told to us when we arrived. Other campers told us they complained but were told maybe in a week!. it may be rated 4 star due to the swimming pools and bar restaurant etc but surely the basics must come into the rating, It should be very clear that the facilities are not available out of high season and this should be on the ACSI site maybe the person who reviewed it came in high season but it does not reflect what is here now

Travelling party: Couple

A holiday village full of chalets and mobile homes and the facilities for those who like to stay in such places. This is not a site for tents, caravans or motor homes, as the pitches for these were in a small enclosure in the centre of the mobile homes, no shade, no flat areas, no hard standing, no incentive to stay more than one night. However, for those staying the facilities include restaurant, bar, entertainment, etc. Access to the site is up very narrow and steep roads. We arrived at 14:00hrs to find reception closed and no way onto the site other than walk, which thankfully, is what we did in order to look round before pitching up, as if we had paid first, then gone onto site, we would have been desperate to leave. As it turned out, reception being closed did us a favour and having looked at where the short stay units were placed we left straightaway.
