Travelling party: Couple

A well maintained campsite. Owners very helpful and friendly. Toilet block modern, very clean, spotless. Site next to river. Bar and restaurant closed ( Covid19. ) Swimming pool large enough for a swim also very clean.
Périgueux 10 mins away in car. Full of cafes, restaurants and shops, old part of town well worth a visit. Shoping centre on way to Périgueux, many shops and large Leclerc. Great campsite will be back.

Lovely quiet camp site with pitches in the sun or the shade. Warm toilet block with excellent facilities.
Pool is small but very well heated. Free WI-FI works on our pitch.
Owners friendly.
Would definitely come again.

An excellent campsite with superb sanitaires. All facilities are new and to an exceptionally high standard. The site is big enough so that there is a choice of sunny, shaded, woodland or close to pool pitches, but small enough that you aren’t isolated. Pitches are large, flat and well defined. Mostly grass with good drainage and underlying hard standing. Access fine for the largest rigs. Manager is superb and is eager for you to have an enjoyable stay. A mixture of nationalities and vehicles and tents. Large shopping zone at a short driving distance. Boulangerie at 2 km. Very peaceful - play areas are away from pitches. Ehu point for 4 pitches. Water tap at less than 50m. New Camping car facilities including drive over drain. Highly recommend.

This is a gem. A small campsite with large pitches. Pitches are grass, but don't appear to go soggy and churn up. In deep winter and wet spring, probably good to use mats. Plenty of space to enjoy the surroundings. Whilst we were there, the sanitaires were being refurbished and the alternative provisions were pretty rubbish, although the water in the showers was hot and plentiful. But the manager wants to please and is very helpful. It looks like the improved sanitaires will be open in Feb. Access is easy for the largest rigs. Water taps are sensibly placed. Wifi is free and accessible from some pitches. Tv satellite reception is good. 25 m cable is more than enough to reach electric. Children's play facilities are well away from the pitches so peace can be maintained. No shops nearby, but plenty of huge supermarkets and malls about 5 miles away. Fishing is available in the river at the bottom of the campsite. Appears to be used by units as an overnight stop, so missing the calm and beauty of the area. Perigueux is a must see town to visit. Large shopping area and several museums and the cathedral. Bar and restaurant and small shop operate on site in high season. We will return

This is a nice campsite and reception are very helpful. The shower block is being refurbished and should be finished by Feb 2018. However the existing facilities although a bit tired are warm and clean and there is lots of hot water. There was no bread to order mid September. The wifi is free and available on sites 1-3 apart from the reception area
