Lovely site with good facilities. Close to station for train to Strasbourg. Super U not far. Good cycling routes too.
Keep returning every year a flat pitch but gets very busy very accommodating to get us in for a week
A level site within walking distance of the lovely village of Molsheim. Pitches very large. Good toilet block. Water very hot. A very warm welcome from Herve and Vanessa who both made our week's stay more pleasurable. Would definitely return.
Very enjoyable stay. Great facilities, all very clean. Nearby Storks nesting added interest too. Straight onto cycle paths to access Strasbourg. All round a great place to stay.
Very good, and well set out site, staff have reasonable English, the toilets are modern and cleaned regular. On a couple of nights when we were there a communal meal was organised what seemed value for money, but we did not use but was well attended, if We were in the area again would gladly use again.
Thought it might be useful to mention for those travelling with pets that there is a lovely vet about 10 minutes walk from the site at 4 allee Jean pierre Carl (clinic de fontbonne). She charged for the pet passport treatment including the tablets for a labrador. It is best to make a prior appointment.
Campsite situated at the edge of small town with an interesting history as it is the birth place of Bugatti, and the area where the cars are still built. There is a Bugatti trail to follow, and there are a few of his cars in the local old Chartreuse monastery which is now an interesting museum. The site itself is typical of many municipals in the area, fairly simple but more than adequate. Some pitch numbers were set out but camping was free and wherever a space was found despite the numbering. Plenty of shade and sun. Staff were friendly but not always well informed on services such as availability of gas bottles, for instance. The swimmingpool is across the road, and there is also a large childrens play area next door. The town offers several foot and cycle paths along a small canal immediately off site; the centre is about ten minutes walk away. The town has a very large and interesting Jesuit collegiate church which is worth visiting as well as the afore mentioned Chartreuse. The centre is attractive but not as outstanding as some of the other Alsace towns.
Excellent municipal site that gives good value for money. Useful for Motorhomes as everything is within walking distance. Superb network of cycle paths around the town and the wider area.
Great basic campsite. No pitch layouts though so very much park as you wish and claim your space! Staff very friendly, food Van\'s come regularly to sell their produce. Roast chicken was delicious! Supermarkets and lovely village close by. Municipal swimming pool across the road and a good size. Separate sexed toilet facilities, basic but clean. Toilet paper provided. Great place to stay and would return!
I returned to this site after a gap of 30 years, it's hardly changed except for an excellent new toilet block.
The pitches are a little haphazard and some are not well delineated but are generally of good size and pretty flat. There is a small supermarket within walking distance.
Super little site.
