Our first visit here as we head towards home from the Croatian Coast. The entrance is the first challenge as the sign just says Kamp! and having a large twin axle caravan I was reluctant to drive down the steep narrow access road in case it was the wrong place, but it was fine. Pitches are flat and a choice of shade and open. Toilet blocks are very modern and are some of the best we have seen in Croatia, but having a key to the individual shower doors is a little unusual, but we soon got used to it. The river was a blue/green colour and clear so you could watch the fish. We managed a circular walk to the local town of Duga Resa, up one side of the river and back the other, around 5 mile. It has a nice swimming pool.

Perfect campsite for the train into Zagreb which is a lovely city - well worth a visit. The pitches are big and mostly unshaded while the toilet facilities are second to none. There is swimming in the river although it looked a bit cool for us. While we didn\'t eat at the restaurant it was open and the prices looked reasonable. Easy access from the motorway and we would certainly return.

This site is a gem. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly. Sanitary facilities continually cleaned and replenished. Loads of room and large pitches. Great countryside location and swimming in the adjacent river or swimming pool can help cool you down.
Only downside was that some pitches became muddy in rainy conditions, however lots of opportunities to find a suitable pitch.
Site restaurant and bar very nice and handy.

Great Campsite by a river, good value, toilet facilities new and very clean. Water pressure in shower was not particularly good but ok and Water was not very warm on occasions. If you like to cycle there are several routes from the campsite. They are marked in places, but we found it better to use a GPS route on my Garmin800. Often at a turn there were several tracks and so the garmin made it easy to choose the right one. The routes we cycled had large sections which were unmade so were only suitable for a mountain bike. Would love to return here. Also a good stop over on the way to Ljubljana. Recommended

A lovely campsite alongside a beautiful lake and river. Canoes are available at the campsite to use on the water at a very reasonable rate.
A nice bar/restaurant next to the site serving good food.

Lovely site, plenty of room mix of marked and unmarked pitches. Close to the river and very pretty. Quite , distant, local train noise but nothing to worry about.
Staff very helpful and spoke English. Facilities all very clean and looked almost new. Ate at the restaurant for dinner, very busy and service good. Food was lovely and good value.
Ideal for stop over or for longer stay.

The toilet facilities are very clean and modern. Showers are good but water takes a time to warm up. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Gave us a book and map on Zagreb plus a train timetable when they realised we were going to Zagreb by train. Train station very near site. You buy ticket on the train. Site has a nice restaurant which seems very popular. The ice creams are excellent. There is a small children's playground. The site is next to a river which seems safe to swim in. There is also a sun bathing area. Wifi is very hit and miss. I would recommend this site to anyone.

This was supposed to be a fantastic campsite, according to the reviews. It was fine. Nothing special. Pleasant spot next to a river, not crowded or noisy. It felt too far to visit Zagreb so nothing in the area worth shouting about. I think we were spoilt by the non acsi campsite at Rovinj that we'd stayed at the night before.

Overall a very good campsite, well laid out and reasonably sized pitches. Staff were excellent and spoke good English. My wife said the chap on reception was very pleasant and helpful. Facilities were spotlessly clean and very well maintained. We visited the Plitvice lakes from here but it was quite a journey.

Excellent site; young man on Reception spoke good English & was very informative giving us free literature on the area. Spacious, flat pitches; good wifi coverage; toilet / shower facilities excellent.
Didn't try the restaurant / bar but spoke to some who had & they said it was good food & well priced.
Excellent site, well recommended.
