Travelling party: Couple
From the only ACSI review in English for this site it appears it is top notch. Considering they visited in July when ACSI cannot be accepted we found this misleading. Reception is open 24/7 which is very good. The site itself is big, 5719 pitches big! The down side is the area designated for ACSI card users is very poor and below what we have come to recognise at most 4/5 Star rated sites. The sanitary facilities are excellent and very well maintained. The pitches were poor by comparison. The pitches were unkempt and scruffy and surprisingly no water taps, water was only from the basins in the toilets, where 10metres away were standard pitches with nice cut grass but no one on them as they were full price. We accept we are using a discount system but we always like to think it’s a two way ticket, the out of season tourist gets a deal and the campsite owner fills a few otherwise unoccupied pitches. This was more like “Us and Them” segregation. “That’s the cheap area just there” so to speak. Sorry Park Umag we won’t be back, although we’re sure it won’t concern you at all. For us, there are plenty of good ACSI sites out there!

Travelling party: Couple
We have visited Park Umag for several years and is equally pleased after each visit. The camp site is huge with pitches in several varieties. We always choose a pitch in Lavanda zone that is spacious and beautiful.
At the reception there may be some waiting time, depending on how much people queued and how many employees are at work. Some services at the reception closes at. 21.00 and we were very surprised when we two minutes over nine was told "Sorry came back tomorrow morning at 08:00"
Otherwise, staff generally on camping polite, helpful and smiling.
Gode resturanter på campingen, med lokal mat og rimelige priser The sanitary facilities are spotless, clean and neat. Great standard with tiles and wall-mounted toilets. Many great activities for adults and children and evening entertainment for the family. Children's clubs for children of all ages. Massage / spa several places at the camp.
Great pool area but Cold
