Travelling party: Couple

Heel rustige fijne camperplaatsen, er staan wel veel chalets maar je ziet of hoort amper iemand.
Sanitair is netjes en schoon, helaas geen toiletpapier daarom 1 sterretje minder. Douches hebben goed heet water.
Verder is er een visvijver waar je onbeperkt kunt hengelen.
Bij het restaurant hebben we alleen frites gehaald.
Mooie fiets- en wandelomgeving, wij hebben er heerlijke dagen gehad.

Nice enough campsite. Very difficult to find and also to leave with the local council closing roads making it a good game to by pass the sat nav. Motorhomes are a small part of a big site with a lot of statics. There is a natural swimming pool and a man made pool just at the tavern. good selection of drinks in the tavern. Found this out as the weather was not great. no easy means of public transport. Tokens needed for the showers.

Travelling party: Seniors

Camping viel tegen want er waren helemaal geen comfortplaatsen, grootste deel zijn vaste kampeerders, ook veel die er hun vaste woonplaats hebben. Op een kaal stuk buiten het vaste deel zijn de tour plaatsen. Sanitair is heel schoon, nadeel is dat er geen toiletpapier is. Eigenaar is een vriendelijke man van in de 80 die zelf de receptie bemand. Ideale fietsomgeving met het fantastische, goed aangegeven Belgse fietsknooppunten netwerk.

Stayed one night toward the end of October arrived at lunch time - we were able to check in - helpful staff in reception. nice pitch with plenty of room between them. On site was bar was open - great for the time of the year. showers are operated by a token - you are given them at reception- only one each per night. lovely local cycled routes from the site to local shops - a few km away - almost flat route. would stay again

Ein eigentümlicher Platz:
Extrem schwer anzufahren (nicht über Koordinaten, nicht über die angegebene Adresse - nur über die mangelhafte Ausschilderung auf einem 3 km langen Umweg).
Freundliche Empfangsdame, mit nur geringen Sprachkenntnissen.
Der Platz besteht aus einer sehr großen Wiese mit Strom- und Wasseranschlüssen. Umgeben von einer Vielzahl an vermieteten Campinghütten mit Dauerbewohnern (Familien, Vertragsarbeiter?). Also eigentlich kein Campingplatz!
Für Tagesgäste eine einzige Toilettenkabine, Dusch- und Waschraum soll zweimal am Tag für zwei Stunden geöffnet sein. Das war nicht der Fall.
Nicht zu empfehlen, weiträumig umfahren!

Rustige camping, vriendelijke uitbaters. Ruime plaatsen voor camper. Fietsparadijs vertrekt vanaf de camping. Kastelen \"de Merode\", centrum Westerlo,abdij van Tongerlo en abdij van Averbode, winkel AH en bakkers in de buurt. Wij komen hier zeer graag voor het groen en de rust.

Haben diesen CP als Zwischenstop genutzt. Stellplatz wahl fast frei. Plätze für Wohnwagen ohne Bäume, wie auf einem Fußballplatz. CP weit entfernt von der Autobahn.
