Travelling party: Couple

Stayed at the site for 3 nights, good transport to Vienna, train station 5 mins walk, small shop but better nearby. EHU kept tripping when using heating in van.

Stayed here to visit Vienna, excellent transport links, paid the deposit for the toilet facilities in the reception area which are better given it was October, the on site shop is very limited but very good Spar and Bakery in the town (5 mins walk). WiFi is fine but the hook up is low amperage so kept tripping when heating kicked in, had to reduce heating a lot, would be a problem in the colder months. Staff good and helpfull, the bar area wasn't used a great deal but that was the time of year.

It’s proximity to Vienna and transport links to the city make this an ideal base - especially for disabled visitors. The disabled toilets are first class

We stayed a week here to visit Vienna. My wife is disabled due to Alzheimer’s Disease. The receptionist was very helpful. The disabled toilet and shower is modern, first class and kept spotlessly clean. The washing up area and other facilities are also of a very high standard. My only gripe is the WiFi which was very hit or miss.
We knew about the weekly Vienna travel ticket which runs from Monday to Monday. This was easy to buy at the automatic ticket machine at the station. I hadn’t realised that as my wife’s ‘Attendant’ we got a discount on the already very reasonable ticket. (Other reviews have said this ticket, which we were never asked to show throughout the week, covers train, bus, tube and tram) If coming back this way, I would definitely stay here again.
