Travelling party: Group of friends

In short: Nice camping in a nice place, but problematic staff (probably owners). Perfect locations, good pitches. Nice and well-functioning toilet facilities, but missing toilet disinfection and sometimes also soap or paper. And most importantly: Watch the assigned key-chips, my wife forgot one in the shower and we had to pay disproportionate penalty of 25 euros, they did not want to give us the penalty receipt and when I insisted, the receptionist shouted at me!
