Located directly by the sea. A lagoon in front of the campsite makes it also suitable for small children at low tide. The bay itself attracts board surfers because of the high waves. The campsite has good and clean sanitary facilities and there is a bar/restaurant with an extensive menu. Good free Wi-Fi throughout the campsite.

very poor no hot water for showers or kitchen. girl was very helpful. bar closed.I'm very disappointed with facilities was really looking forward to staying hot showers a basic facility.

An excellent campsite if you want to be on the beach with it's lovely dunes. It's quite basic but the facilities were cleaned regularly. Many pitches had some shade. Water points were closed by and the motorhome service point was very good.

The front office is always closed - we had to go to the beach bar to sort our pitch out. The site is unkempt/pitches poorly marked and the main toilets/washrooms were closed as the wristband system is broken. We had to use the grim disabled toilet bunker - grubby, no hand soap and lukewarm showers. The staff are too busy running the beach bar and the campsite is secondary. We came back from dinner at 10pm and the pedestrian gate was locked! Would not recommend.

The campsite looked closed on arrival with the gates all shut even though we had a reservation.
Entered anyway and phoned, told to wait to be checked in that afternoon as no staff onsite. Did not see anyone at all for two days. Toilets all locked up except unsex disabled. Cold water throughout showers and washing up area, which had food and mould on the units. Campsite looked derelict and unkempt. How did this get an ACSI pass. No cafe or any facilities open even though advertised. Maybe they should just close for the winter.
