Travelling party: Couple

We booked this campsite on-line and advised of our arrival date and approximate time. No one was there when we arrived and on telephoning at the door bell we were told just to wait around until they returned. Not good. We found the only area available which was unkept and not good. Connected our electricity which immediately tripped and was of no use. We then tried some other electricity points with the same result. The following day when we were to leave, the owner blocked our exit and demanded that we pay for all the points used, although each one had tripped. We were held to ransom by the owner who was rude and arrogant. This site is a complete rip-off and should not be visited. Have written complaint to the site and nobody has responded. They also refused to provide a proper invoice, although they printed one off in the office. They charged more than the advertised ASCI rate. The pitches were on were untidy; badly kept and of a very poor standard.
