Travelling party: Single

Super campsite and a lovely peaceful stop for me post-migraine. Had a mooch round the ancient oak walk which was lovely and enjoyed watching firecrests and crested tits on the campsite and in the woods. Watch out at this time of year for falling acorns. I changed pitch because I couldn’t avoid parking under the firing line! staff were very accommodating!

Travelling party: Couple

Great situation as there are many hikes and walks from the campsite, the village is a 20 minute walk away, campsite facilities are good, washing machines, dishwasher machine, however the showers and toilets have seen better days, although cleaned regularly they are in need of refurbishment now. Restaurant food is average , better options in the village.
