Nice quiet site an easy distance from Santander, we came direct from the overnight ferry.
Right by the estuary and beach, a beautiful sunset on a clear evening looking out across the estuary.
Facilities and staff we great, we didn’t eat in the restaurant but it was nice for a few drinks.
We went for a really nice walk along the estuary beach, round on to the main beach, then back through Laredo.
Out Motorhome is 8m with scooter ramp and pitch was just about big enough.
Overall would recommend.

This site deserves 10/10, Toilet facilities are second to none and cleaner in regular attendance. We found check-in to be very easy and one person cycles to show you your pitch. The trees around the site are amazing and give good shade during summer. Easy flat cycle into Laredo.

A lovely site next to tidal bay, very clean modern showers/toilet/washing facilities. small well stocked shop. We used the cafe/bar a couple of times, food was simple but freshly cooked and reasonably priced. it’s a longish walk to the old town but worth it and you can walk most of it on the long promenade along the ( beautiful) beach. We took a bus to Bilbao too, to visit the Guggenheim, the bus was good value. We would definitely use this site again.

1 star for price as no ACSI pitches available when we arrived. A nice site in a peaceful location if a little remote so do your food shopping before you arrive. We went for a walk at low tide directly from the site onto the lovely beach with beautiful views. whilst walking I noticed a large concrete structure approx 200 m along the beach. When we returned from our walk along the beach the tide had come in and we were walking along the high tide line. There was much evidence of sewage waste!

Don’t be worried by comments about dogs in older reviews - the campsite owners have dealt with this by introducing a comprehensive set of rules around pets, and these were adhered to by all campers when we were there. So - an excellent campsite for a pre or post-ferry stop or a longer stay. Excellent, spotless toilets/showers, decent sized pitches, OK shop & excellent restaurant/bar - really good food at bargain prices. Staff were lovely & helpful. Couldn’t fault it - will definitely go back.

Nice quiet campsite with very clean facilities, a well stocked shop, friendly reception and a good little restaurant/bar. It is about 3k from the centre of Laredo but you can walk there or cycle along the seafront. There is horse riding nearby.

Beautiful site, not too big. Stunning location, with some lovely walks. The area is flat so great for cycling. Very clean and well maintained site. staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again.

Good sized pitches with a lot of shade. very friendly helpful staff. The best showers and toilets on any site I have been on and I’ve been camping for 42years! A small shop on site with bread every morning. There is a bar/restaurant but can’t comment on that as didn’t use it. Nice walk by the water to small town. good cycle path into Laredo. The site was full almost all the time we were there and it was their last week before closing. only problem for us was I think we were the only people without a dog. All campers had 1/2/3 dogs which would have been fine but they weren’t kept on leads and barked every time someone walked past especially if they had a dog then it sent a signal for most of the dogs to bark.

Stayed at this super site for three nights just before it closed for the season on 15 October. The facilities are very well maintained. Each pitch has its own sink, water and EHU. The site is in a great location, with easy access to two beaches, pathways and cycling routes.

we have stayed here a number of times, however, we will probably not stay again. we were plagued by baking dogs. The van next to us had four, and we were surrounded on each side. It was simply too much!
