A gem of a site. Bathroom facilities exceptional.
Food very good at the restaurant on site. pitches private with hedges in between. Quiet despite being not far from a busy road.
Only downside is virtually no internet either through camp WiFi or 4 g.
Staff very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely amazing staff, facilities and layout, it's just first class. This is the best that we have seen in Italy having spent 6 weeks here. The showers are included and are wonderful!! ACSI card accepted.
So recommended you won't be disappointed.

Travelling with another camper van. Website stated ACSI pitch had to be under 7.2m and booking system stated it had to be under 7m. we are 7.4 so paid the NON ACSI price, yet got allocated an ACSI pitch anyway! We did query with the site, but they did nothing to correct - a slight bad taste on what would have otherwise a high scoring site. So for future ACSI members, a 7.4 metre motorhome can fit into an ACSI space, just enter it as a 7m vehicle when booking.

Pitches are easily accessed and a reasonable size for one unit, we have a caravan so we were allocated a space to park our car in the bungalow parking slots. Toilet/shower facilities are very clean and well maintained, toilet paper and hand soap provided. The indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are very good, chargeable. Overall a very good campsite only let down by the restaurant which was very sub par, the meals we had were very disappointing. We would definitely return to this site.

Perfect stop for Venice…bus stop few mins walk away 10 mins to Venice bus station. lovely site clean and tidy wide roads. great shower, toilet, washing up block very modern, lots of room/hooks all immaculate with lots of hot water. ACSI pitch good size for 7.5m motorhome (no extra chg for EHU or van size). staff friendly, responsive to emails before arrival. what more could you ask for. highly recommend

Broadly agree with all good reviews. However, please note that if you want to eat in peace you may want to give the restaurant a miss. Sadly, although the food was ok, half way through our meal the owner sat in the back and blasted the televisions on causing us to have to pay and leave despite asking politely for the racket to be turned off at least until the end of our meal. I speak fluent Italian and I can say that I was appalled at his ignorance and quite frankly his aggressive behaviour when he threatened to turn on another tv right above our heads as a response to us wanting a peaceful meal after a long journey. Clearly as the owner he does not like his customers or staff to challenge his authority.

Good facilities, staff very helpful, plots a bit small but didn\'t have any problems but if you have a big motorhome it might be an issue, buses to Venice nearby and tickets from reception, shop beer disappointing but not a problem. The main issue I had was the WIFI, as I work whilst in Europe I tend to use the site WIFI instead of data, but the connection at the site was shocking.

Guter Campingplatz, gut zu erreichen, ideal gelegen, um mit dem Bus nach Venedig zu fahren. Klasse Sanitäreinrichtungen.
Leider keine Reservierung mit ACSI möglich, man muss entweder anreisen und hoffen, das was frei ist, oder zum regulären Preis reservieren, so macht ACSI natürlich kein Spaß.

As previously commented on this is a great place to stay and explore Venice. The on-site facities are second to none with the toilet and shower block being excellent. The onsite restaurant a has a good choice including lovely
local Viennse offerings. Easy to access and felt very safe.
