wat een fantastische camping, zeker een aanrader. Een mannelijke en een vrouwelijke receptionist spreken redelijk goed engels. We reisen met een grote tunneltent en er was genoeg ruimte, we hadden niet gereserveerd. Er zijn twee terrassen met gras die voornamelijk voor tenten worden gebruikt en die worden elke avond besproeid als er niets op staat. Wij waren er half juli en het was rustig op de camping. Het sanitair was prima in orde. De douches waren ruim, er was ook plek om je kleding droog op te hangen en je zelf af te drogen in de cabine, er was meer dan genoeg ruimte om de afwas met (warm!) water te doen.
's ochtends was er de mogelijkheid om in het restaurant brood te kopen. Boodschappen hebben wij gedaan in de stad waar we een hipercor tegenkwamen. Het restaurant bij de camping is echter ook een aanrader.
Toen we aparte kaartjes voor het alhambra wilden reserveren, bood de receptioniste aan om op onze hond te passen zodat we met z'n 2-en tegelijk naar het alhambra konden!

Al weer lang geleden, maar heel goede herinneringen op alle gebied: de uitstapjes, de eigenaren,de goed engels sprekende assistent... det var helt fantastisch..underbart....

Nice location for exploring the Serra de Huetor national park which is excellent for walking and cycling. Also good for visiting Granada via bus for just 95 cents or free on Mondays. The Sierra Nevada is a 50 minute drive to the top. The village is a short walk away with a small supermarket if you want to self cater.

The campsite is small with small 60m pitches which are very well maintained and nicely laid out. The toilets and showers are of a reasonable standard and kept clean. There was always plenty of hot water and good water pressure for the showers. The staff were all fantastic, very friendly and helpful with a couple of them speaking very good English.

I will definitely be returning to this site again and would recommend it to anyone.

We went on the free 4x4 tour of the national park and also got the bus into Granada for free so great value for money.

De camping is zeer goed om het Alhambra te bezoeken. Bij aankomst kan je kaartjes reserveren, dit kan alleen als je een creditcard hebt en een paspoort.
Uitzicht vanaf de camping op de sneeuw van Sierra Neveda. Sanitair was redelijk, had wat gebreken en werd wel opgelost maar daar kon ook enige tijd over heen gaan.
Plaatsen waren goed, niet al te groot, alles was met kiezel. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Een goede camping met buitengewoon vriendelijk personeel. Bus naar Granada voor de deur. Camping organiseert gratis 4-wheeldrive door de sierra. Dit is echt een aanrader.
Het uitzicht vanaf de camping is fantastisch.
