Circunvalación (Motril-Jaén v.v.) then exit 132 to Ronda Sur. Follow Sierra Nevada. Take right hand lane 3 km past the tunnel then turn left. Follow signs 'Güejar Sierra' and 'Las Lomas'. Ignore small camping signs.

Hele fijne camping. Erg vriendelijk personeel, grote plaatsen, een goed restaurant en goed schoon sanitair. Hiervan heeft het tegelwerk nog wel enige onderhoud nodig. Er is een fijn zwembad met een grote ligweide en groots uitzicht. Op de camping is toegang tot Al Hambra te regelen dat het beste met de auto gedaan kan worden. Bij Al Hambra zijn zeer grote, bewaakte parkeerplaatsen. Voor een bezoek aan Granada is de bus aan te bevelen. Deze stopt voor de camping. Een zeer aan te bevelen camping.

Een aanrader deze camping. Granada en Sierra Nevada zijn vlakbij. Kies indien mogelijk voor een plaats bovenaan uitzicht over de Sierra Nevada, Granada en het meer.

Prima camping, mooie afgebakende plaatsen met veel schaduw. Het sanitair valt best mee, alleen het water zou wat warmer mogen zijn. Het dorpje zelf betekend niet veel, en voor inkopen is er alleen een plaatselijk winkeltje.

We zijn in oktober voor 3,5 week op de camping geweest en hebben van daaruit de omgeving verkend. De camping voldoet aan alle voorwaarden voor een mooie en zorgeloze vakantie. Dit komt zeker ook door het mooie weer met temperaturen tussen de 20 en 30 graden. Ook was er nog volop zon.

Onze ervaring is helaas wel dat het sanitair wat minder werd onderhouden in de tijd dat wij er waren. Vandaar het zesje. Verder hebben we over de camping, het restaurant, de kampwinkel en vooral het personeel niet dan lof. We komen ter zijner tijd zeker nog eens terug.

Een prachtige camping en heel rustig. Tweemaal per week kun je met een gids van de camping mee op wandeltochten die zeer de moeite waard zijn, ook voor kinderen. Omgeving is schitterend. Riviertje met zwempoelen vlakbij en Granada op 15 km afstand. Hele fijne camping voor als je stad met natuur wilt combineren. Ook het dorp Guejar Siera is heel leuk vooral 's avonds. Camping ligt hoog, dus het is daar niet al te heet! Een klein nadeel: de badmeester in het zwembad is streng en fluit om de haverklap, je mag bijna niks doen. Het restaurant is top met een geweldig uitzicht vanaf het terras. Kortom: zeer de moeite waard!
