Campsite De Zwinhoeve 

Camp site located directly behind the sea wall of 'Het Zwin' nature reserve and the dunes. Cycle tracks right by the camp site forming part of a route network crossing over the border into Belgium. Very good base for visiting the towns of Ghent, Sluis and Bruges. Storks nest in the camp site surroundings in June and July.

Op trekkersveld van aan nummers 600 is er te weinig sanitair:1 plaats voor afwas en 1 voor wasje. Verder toiletten en douches te weinig. Een brief hangt er: er mag daar niet méér gebouwd worden: overmacht dus. Het wordt prima onderhouden. Vriendelijk/kundig personeel. Lastig om uit te zoeken hoe je moet gaan staan. Slechts 1 tafeltennistafel en in slechte conditie. Omgeving mooi: geweldig om te fietsen naar bijvoorbeeld Sluis en Knokke.

Sehr schöner Cämpingplatz, in der nähe von einem Sandstrand, gut geeignet für Hundebesitzer. In der Umgebung sind nette Städte.

Wenn man keinen Wert auf sportliche Betätigung auf dem Camping legt und auch keine Unterhaltung sucht, sondern Ruhe, und vor allen Dingen einen Hund hat, ist dieser Camping nur zu empfehlen. Unmittelbar hinter den Dünen gelegen, nur getrennt durch eine Treppe liegt dieser wunderschöne Camping. Leider sind auf dem hinteren Platzteil die Sanitär Anlagen zwar in einem blitzsauberen Zustand, aber erheblich zu klein. Es kann nicht angehen, dass nur eine Herrentoilet vorhanden ist. Auch möchte ich die Zufahrt innerhalb des Campingq bemängeln.
Es ist sehr eng und mit großem Gespann eine Herausforderung. Warum macht man keine zusätzliche Einfahrt hinter dem Sanitär Bereich?
Alles in allem, bis auf die Kleinigkeiten ist der Camping nur zu empfehlen, vor allen Dingen als Hundebesitzer. Wir haben jedenfalls schon wieder im Oktober gebucht und auch auf unsere Empfehlung ist unsere Tochter mit Familie in diesem Jahr auch schon dort gewesen.

Camping achter de duinen, dus op loopafstand van de ze. De omgeving is zeer fraai. Op de camping is veel te weinig sanitair: 1 toilet en 1 urinoir plus twee douches voor de heren is veel te weinig. Met name als er in de weekends veel meer plaatsen worden uitgegeven als aangegeven. Op het middenterrein aangegeven 5 plaatsen, uitgegeven 10 plaatsen. Sanitair wordt wel goed schoon gehouden.

De camping ligt prachtig achter de duinen en het is er erg rustig. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor wandelen en fietsen in de duinen, uitstapjes naar Knokke, Brugge en Gent, fijn gelegen aan fietsroute, het Zwin nodigt uit tot het kijken naar vogels (ook ooievaars!). Toiletten en douches: uitstekend verzorgd!Het receptiepersoneel is deskundig en hulpvaardig, de bediening in het restaurant erg vriendelijk, het eten in het restaurant is prima en goed betaalbaar en het glas Grimbergen van de tap smaakt prima. Een magnifieke vakantie gehad, we gaan er zeker nog eens naar toe!
