This camp site is a village by itself. Right by the sea and with a lovely swimming pool. This is a good area for surfing and snorkelling. A beautiful coastline in the Gargano area and just 10 minutes from the town of Peschici. Excursions possible to Monte S. Angelo, Padre Pio and Foresta Umbra.

Route:

A14, exit Poggio Imperiale, SS89 direction Vieste as far as Peschici. Then take coast road towards Vieste (Litoranea) as far as service station. Then onto camp site road.

Ideal am Meer gelegen, guter Service und sehr sauber. Die nächsten Orte sind 10 bis 12 Kilometer entfernt. Bei Wohnmobil Roller mitnehmen.

Schöner sauberer Platz mit großen Stellplätzen. Toller Strand, Ausblick auf das Meer, Supermarkt und Restaurant. Achtung! Ab mitte September fährt kein Bus mehr an der Küstenstraße zwischen Vieste und Peschici. Mit dem Fahrrad in den Ort zu kommen ist für ungeübte Kinder fast unmöglich.

Schöner platz mit sicht auf das meer. Eigener strand des platzes. weit von der stadt entfernt. Wwir sind nur 2 tage auf der reise in den süden verblieben. Mehr tage wären sicher lohnend gewesen.

Reisezeit: 7.6.09 - 22.6.09. Schöner Campingplatz, es fehlt nichts. PLUS: gute Standplätze - da ist für jeden etwas dabei. Sehr sauberer Strand - mit Sand flach abfalllend ins Meer. Der Bagnino hat die Lage voll im Griff. Windsurfen super!Supermarkt und Markt ist gut sortiert und das Obst/Gemüse hervorragend. Sanitär ist sauber und wird mehrmals täglich geputzt. LAGE: mit Kindern geht ohne Auto gar nichts. Die Fahrt nach Vieste 15 km oder Peschici ca. 4 km ist mit dem Rad und Kindern fast nicht zu schaffen - enge Küstenstrasse und vorallem Richtung Peschici geht´s rauf und runter. Aber beide Orte sind eine Reise wert. NEGATIV: Leider ist das Personal recht unfreundlich und die Dame an der Einfahrt/Kasse etwas überfordert. (spricht nur italienisch, der Kollege, der Englisch und Deutsch kann ist meist unterwegs) Nach Kontrolle der Rechnung leider erst zu Hause haben wir die Überraschung erlebt. Fast 100 EUR zuviel bezahlt - aber da haben wir dazu gelernt.

Het was een hele toer om deze camping met een caravan te bereiken, het is ongeveer 20 km passen rijden. Het is een ideale camping voor een strand vakantie. Je hoeft de camping niet af, er is zelfs een visboer en groente winkeltje, maar om iets te bezichtigen moet je weer de passen rijden en dan zijn er nog geen interessante dingen te bekijken. Wij waren al heel snel weer weg. Daarbij had mijn telefoon met een Orange prepaid kaartje geen verbinding. Terwijl iedereen om ons heen wel kon bellen. Ligt aan Orange. verder geen probleem meer.
