Op doorreis door heel Italie Atlantide bezocht. Monopoli is van hieruit per fiets goed te doen, leuk stadje. We waren hier vroeg in mei, iedereen moest nog "wakker worden" voor het toerisme.

In hoogseizoen veel geluidsoverlast en een disco direkt aan de camping. Provinciaale weg scheidt de camping van de zee. Er is geen privéstrand. Eigenaar is zeer nors, campingpersoneel is oké, maar de animatie vond ik matig. De camping heeft grote invloed van vaste stand plaatsen en bungalows. Geen aanrader; er zijn betere campings in het gebied, maar kwaliteit zee en omgeving is een aanrader (woon zelf in Zuid-Italië, Bari).

Camping direct aan zee. Hoofdzakelijk vaste staanplaatsen en bungalows. Slechts enkele vrije staanplaatsen. Weinig sanitair, wel schoon. Mooi zwembad met apart kindergedeelte. Badmuts verplicht.
Disco's in de buurt zorgen voor geluidsoverlast. 's Avonds veel muggen. Rotskust met kleine zandstrandjes. Ideaal om te snorkelen. In Capitolo zijn 2 barretjes en een aantal restaurants.
