Schitterende centrale ligging voor actieve (berg)sporten. Eten en drinken binnen wandelafstand. Openbaar vervoer aan uitgang. Camping wat afhellend doch binnen de perken. Super verzorgd. Sanitair wat verouderd doch perfect proper. 's Nachts vrij rustig. Vriendelijke en hulpvaardige uitbating. Vele romeinse sites vrij te bezoeken. Wandelingen in de bergen bijna perfect bewegwijzerd, zelfs tot op grote hoogten (+3000 meter). Italiaans maar ook Franse taal.
Het dozijn zijdalen met de wagen bereikbaar binnen het uur tot bovenaan (behalve Ceresole Reale). Uitstappen grandioos en overweldigend. Zelfs de Paus gaat er op vakantie! Mediteraans klimaat.

Zeer goede camping, met een vriendelijke gastheer.
De omgeving is uitstekend geschikt voor wandelaars, goede bewegwijzering. Vooral de Gran Paradiso.

We zijn hier in juni 2009 aangeland na een rondreis door Italie. Supervriendelijke campingbeheerder, mooie grasmat (waar dagelijks gesproeid werd) rust en een supermooie omgeving. Ieder dag de bergen in met de mooiste natuur, bloemen en weinig mensen was een verademing na alle hectiek. De rivier maakte wel lawaai maar daar was je gauw aan gewend. We hebben hier ruim een week doorgebracht en wilden eigenlijk nog niet weg, maar je, de tijd was op. Zeker een aanrader voor bergwandelaars, want je zit hier heel centraal. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

De ligging van camping Monte Bianco in Sarre (vlak bij stad Aosta) is ideaal voor het maken van dagbergwandelingen in het Aostadal. Het motto van de camping zou kunnen luiden: klein maar fijn. Gastvrijheid van eigenaar is onovertroffen. De camping biedt ruime plaatsen voor caravans op zelfs in juli nog groene gazons. Kraakhelder sanitair hoewel enigszins gedateerd. Supermarkt en dergelijke op looafstand.

Heel goede camping. Zeer klantvriendelijke beheerder en erg toegankelijk, ook het andere personeel. Service gericht met informatie.
Mooie ruime plaatsen. Het gras werd in de warme/droge periode zelfs gesproeid zonder hinder voor de gasten. Sanitair werd zeer schoon gehouden al was het wat gedateerd. Verkeerslawaai werd overstemd door de wilde rivier achter de camping. Aosta was per fiets (5 km) via fietspad goed bereikbaar.
