Van 24 mei t/m 1 juni 2009 (2e pinksterdag) hebben wij met onze caravan op de camping Oberuckersee gekampeerd. Het eerste wat ons in positieve zin opviel was de uiterst vriendelijke ontvangst bij de receptie, door het beheerders echtpaar/eigenaren. Ook tijdens ons verdere verblijf was geen vraag te gek en geen moeite te veel, kortom een camping waar je wordt behandeld als gast. De camping heeft ruime plaatsen en is gelegen aan een meer, waarin je kunt zwemmen en kanovaren. Op loopafstand van de camping ligt het dorp waar je in een imbis en/of in een restaurant kunt eten. Tevens is er een station met rechtstreekse verbinding naar Berlijn, 27,= euro voor 5 personen met een Brandenburg/Berlin ticket. Vanaf de camping kun je prima fietstochten maken, als je niet tegen een heuveltje of valsplat opziet. Voor ons een camping om te onthouden.

Een mooie camping, met beheerders die zich uitsloven om het de bezoekers naar de zin te maken. De broodjes waren heerlijk. We hadden een plekje met uitzicht over het meer waar we iedere avond de zon konden zien ondergaan: prachtig. Dit is een camping waar we in tegenstelling tot onze gewoonte nog wel voor de 2e keer heen zouden willen gaan.

Week gekampeerd op deze camping in het uilenbossengebied met groot meer vol glashelder water heerlijk om te zwemmen ook voor niet geoefende zwemmers. Zeer vriendelijke beheerders met uitermate veel service. Op aanraden van hen een dagtocht gemaakt naar Berlijn. Kosten 26 euro voor max: 5 personen voor trein s bahn bus metro in Berlijn. Station van warnitz is 100 meter van de camping in het bos met veel vogels en plaatsen in terrasvorm. In het dorp kan men heerlijk eten en drinken voor ver onder de 10 euro in het gartenlokaal of het duitse eichenblad vanaf de camping ook nog reizen ondernomen naar stettin en de oostzeekust.

Goede doorreis camping richting Polen v.v. Goede fietsmogelijkheden in de omgeving. Plaatsen tussen de bomen.

Wir fanden unseren Aufenthalt auf diesem Campingplatz sehr erholsam. Alle gemeinsam genutzten Einrichtungen waren jederzeit sauber. Der Platz liegt in einem Waldstück am Oberuckersee. Man kann toll baden. Die sehr freundlichen Pächter haben für viele Kleinigkeiten gute Lösungen gefunden, die uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
