Show your card again at the reception before paying your bill
In principal you can pay with CampingCard on departure. But payment conditions, that is the time when you are required to pay or pay a deposit, may in some circumstances be determined by the campsite's own policy.
If for example you announce that you will be staying for just one night or want to reserve in advance the campsite may ask you to pay a deposit. The campsite reception will inform you of their policy in this respect.
The CampingCard ACSI is valid for one calendar year and is non-transferable, so please fill in the relevant details on the back of the card and sign it. The campsite may ask you for identification to prevent incorrect use of the card. You can use your CampingCard in the low season – this is usually every month of the year except July and August.
A reservation with your CampingCard is in fact considered a normal reservation, only the overnight rate is lower. A reservation well in advance can cause problems for campsites. In such cases a campsite may not be willing to accept your advance reservation. If you make an advance reservation, please mention that you are a CampingCard holder. There are also some sites where advance reservation is never possible.
